How do I get the e-mails I send and receive, whether written or received on the desktop or my phone, and subsequently placed in a Hotmail e-mail file, to show up in my e-mail files on both the desktop and phone?
I haven't been on my Hotmail e-mail in months and had forgotten the password. I tried numerous times to get into my account and ended up having the account temporarily blocked.
I tried to have to recover my password through my backup account. The problem is, my backup account is a Yahoo e-mail address that hasn't been logged into for over 12 months. Yahoo now deletes accounts that have been inactive for that long.
I used the other option that asked for the Hotmail user's name, DOB, e-mail contacts, etc. I haven't received any help and it's been over three days now. I don't know what else to do, please help me. Thank you.
I created hotmail e-mails for my children when setting up Family Safety. I'm trying to now setup one of there e-mails a year or so after setting up the Family Safety stuff. hotmail says the account no longer exists (probably because he never used it)
but when I try to recreate it, hotmail says its an active account---likely because it's still the e-mail assigned to Family Safety. How do I resolve this?
Thanks,
Mark
