this account i am told it does not exist. How can i get it back, twitter support said they cant do anything for me unless i can regain access to this account. Help please?

So, I have this one hotmail.com email address.
It is rarely used since I use it only for incognito purposes (no pornographic activity, I assure you that).
And I've forgotten the password.
And unfortunately I no longer use the phone number I registered for password retrieval.
But due to some circumstances, something had arisen and apparently I have to access the hotmail email and all of the sudden I have Microsoft Outlook page and I kind of got lost in the whole thing.
The page told me to sign up for a Microsoft account for that email address of which I did, and somehow it turns out I was signing up for a new account, for a different email address.
Can somebody help enlighten me on how to access my email again?
Or at least explain how to use this Outlook.com.
Any advice is really appreciated. Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!

We use MS Exchange 2010.
Whenever we send a message from MS Exchange to a Hotmail email id we get a bounce back. with the following message
BAY0-MC2-F35.Bay0.hotmail.com rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses:
When we checked with MxTools we see that our domain is blacklisted by Spam Cannibal. Really not sure why because we are able to send mails to all other domains including gmail, Yahoo etc.
What should I do to be able to send mails to hotmail accounts? Please let me know
I just upgraded to windows 8.1, part of setup a code was going to be sent to my old Hotmail account. I checked my outlook and the email wasn't there. I sent another email to my old Hotmail from gmail and that wasn't received either. I guessing any email

My friend Lily Aldrin set up a hotmail account a few months ago when her daughter got a new Windows 8 Nokia Lumia 520 phone. She only set up the account because apparently you needed to set up a 'parent account' for the phone. The account is set up in
her name, Lily Aldrin, however she has forgotten what her actual email address and password was. She needs to log into her Xbox account (which is the hotmail account basically) because due to the new Terms Of Service, her daughter can't download apps, games
or music onto her phone until the parent account accepts the new terms. If you could tell me how to do that as well, it would be much appreciated.
More importantly, though, my friend needs to recover her email account, which is under the name Lily Aldrin. If this is impossible, please could you tell me another way that she could get her daughter's phone up and running again.

I am unable to log-in to outlook.com or even live.com. I get this message:
This account can't be used to access Outlook.com
I have tried logging out of my Office 365 account and also cleaned cookies, cache etc using CCleaner, but still get exactly the same error.
I've even tried logging in via Firefox (which I've never logged into either live.com or 365 with before as I usually use IE and Chrome), but get the same error.
Now stuck as searching suggests that logging out and clearing cookies etc should have worked.
