My email address has years worth of old emails coming in. What can I do to delete more than ten at time? My email account is synced to my phone and I'm concerned that these emails will congest my phone in regards to storage space and speed. I also noticed
that I can send emails keeps asking for my pop sever I'd or something like that.Help please!!
I have had my Hotmail email account for 8 Years and recently tried to put my email address on my mobile phone and as my password has been automatically signed in for this time... I could not remember it.
I filled out three forms to prove it is my account and they did not accept it ... even though there was plenty of proof it was my account.
I also went through the code system for Hotmail to send me another password using my mobile phone which has also not changed in 8 years ... but that was rejected as well.
I have a lot of important information on this email that I am desperate to access it asap.
I have also tried to contact a support line ... to no avail.
I have also started a new Hotmail account and let them know that my account has been temporarily blocked and that In was not successful with the recovery form.
I have received an email from them ... but all it does is go to a support page... no help!
Please can someone help me recover my email address... I appreciate that Hotmail have very good security ... But it is my account and no one else has ever had access to it... I am desperate.

I have been trying to reset my ps3 password for a while now, every time I select reset password it says email sent, I have done this many times and I still haven't received an email from SONY. My account for my ps3 has my Hotmail email and with this switch
to outlook I am wondering what the issue here is, I even tried adding a couple of contacts the SONY help contacts told me to. I did so and still haven't gotten anything from them. How can I go about receiving these emails? I have also not received emails

I am new to all this and really need help.
I have purchased a domain name and am setting up a website through six.com.
I have been using my hotmail email address professionally for a while and do not wish to change it. Now I would like the email address connected to my site so when people 'leave a comment' on my contact page of my website it will go to my hotmail.
Now I understand I have to specify my MX Records for my hotmail, which I apparently can get from my 'admin centre' yet hotmail doesn't seem to have one and it keeps redirecting me to this forum... Now this is very frustrating to me and I am sure there
is a simple solution so if anyone could please help that would be amazing!

My husband has a Bigpond email account with its own name and password. We have this separate for our own specific reasons.
My husband and I have a Hotmail email account for our friends, family and acquaintances, with another name and password.
Since you have changed both of these to Outlook, we cannot have both accounts open at the same time on this computer.
A message appears that tells us that the other account is already open - however, this so-called 'open' one is the first one opened, and it is impossible to even sign in to the second one until the first one is closed.
This is totally inconvenient as we are often needing to check one against the other for specific information.
Can this be corrected?
And maybe you can explain - when we sign out -
from Bigpond (now Outlook) - we go straight into unmetered Bigpond news,
but from Hotmail (now Outlook) - we go straight to MSN news. Now everything is separate again. Huh?

more then 10 years ago i was made a email address that was created by my school teachers for me as i didnt know how to
and for this reason alternate email address and security question i don't have answers to?
now for past few years i bin trying to get into my email account so i can get in contact with lost friends and also to reset passwords for accounts i had set up on this hotmail email address such as Facebook Paypal etc i managed to fix them by changing
emails on them websites as i wasn't able to click on a email to reset password in my inbox as i forgotten password to my email account
now i have proof thats its my account i can tell you whats in my account like some emails or places i have linked to my email account such as playstaton Facebook etc
just want it reset so i can use it again i must have thousands of emails in my inbox i need to go through

i can tell you roughly all passwords that was made and even tell you the first password that was made which should give you more proof its my account

I am at the end of my rope re Outlook.com.
Here are my 2 problems:
1. I had a hotmail account that switched to Outlook.com
I signed in and all of my previous email folders from Hotmail are missing.
2. My boyfriend had a hotmail account. He tried 2 or 3 possible passwords to get onto Hotmail (now Outlook.com) and they said that the passwords weren't correct. He filled out a questionnaire about who he is, his grandfather's occupation, folder names
from his old hotmail account, email addresses that he sent emails to --- all to verify his identity -- and hasn't heard anything back.
He needs to log on. He needs a password reset. And he needs to access his old emails.
But I have logged on and my folders are all missing.
