I have lost all the contents of my inbox/folders and sent box since following advice on how to solve a hotmail error message 0x80048849!

I now have my sent folders in my Hotmail storage folders area account and my inbox folders in my Outlook e-mail account. I need them all in my Hotmail account, as I now have to switch between them both to view sent and received history!

Can anyone help with this please?
