Hotmail Support,
I hope this is the right place. A friend of mine owns a Hotmail account and has owned it for a few years. She then created a Gmail address and setup Hotmail to sync her email into her Gmail mailbox. As such, she has not logged into her Hotmail account for quite
some time. One day this week she noticed the sync is no longer working and displaying authentication errors. She tried to logon to her Hotmail account and the password she remembered using for the account is now no longer working. Unfortunately the attempts
at the recovery form also have failed stating that the information is sufficient.
I have gone to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/hotmail/hotmail-support but we are not receiving the errors that the site has. I am going to go ahead and submit the "Your account has been temporarily blocked" form anyways since it feels like Microsoft makes
it very difficult to get support for this sort of thing =/ .
Can anyone from Microsoft help?
