Even after recently purchasing 100 GB Hotmail Inbox SkyDrive Storage why am I getting mails from Hotmail telling me that I have exceeded my limit of 10240 MB, and also another mail telling me that my hotmail account is growing too fast and I should delete some mails in order to receive new mail ???

Last week my incoming mails were bouncing back to senders stating that my inbox is full. Why should I be deleting old mails in order to receive new ones when the current available inbox storage in my account is 107 GB ?????

I have a new desktop running on Windows 8 and IE 10. I can access my Hotmail Inbox but once I'm in there, there's a yellow bar at the top with the message "We can't connect to Hotmail right now. Please try again later." So I'm unable to open my emails. When I access my Hotmail with Google Chrome, there's no such problem and I can read my emails. HOWEVER, with Google Chrome, I can't send emails! When I try to compose a new email, I can type in the address and subject lines, but when I try to type in the text of my email, the cursor disappears and I am unable to type anything. This is weird, can anyone enlighten me? Most appreciated.
Using messenger 2009  (14.0.8117.416) with a fresh instal of  microsoft xp
This morning I opened my Hotmail inbox and all messages, folders and contacts etc. appear in a much reduced font size.  Solution anyone please?

"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or refresh the page. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Hotmail."

I can no longer SEARCH my Hotmail inbox.  I keep getting the above error message.  What can I do to resolve this problem?

Some how my hotmail inbox got switched to Outlook.  how do I get it back to Hotmail.
Hello,

After I inadvertently clicked on the right side bar where says,
Go beyond email with
outlook.com
upgrade now for free

automatically switched me instantly to outlook.com

I was in the middle of composing an email so I clicked the back button and finished composing.
After clicking send it switched to outlook.com
I found the gear icon and switched back to standard Hotmail.
That is when my inbox started to "Group messages by conversation"

Why did my Hotmail inbox revert to "Group messages by conversation" after this happened?
Is there away to permanently eliminate this ad side bar? The clicking area it quite large and is easy to inadvertently click on.

Thanks

I asked about ungrouping e-mails by conversation, which microsoft apparently automatically did to my hotmail when they forced me to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8:

My saved emails are chained together if they are forwarded or replies. How do I unchain them?

Hi,

It is possible that your Conversation threading feature is enable. Please be informed that in Conversation Threading, it’s easier to find the email you’re looking for by customizing your Hotmail inbox view. Just group together messages based on conversation, date, subject, and size.

When you sort by conversation, you can find multiple messages from different people on the same subject. That way you can view them all together and not miss an important response.

If you want to disable this feature, please refer to the steps below.

1. Login to your Hotmail Inbox.
2. Click Gear Icon - More mail settings
3. Under Reading email, choose Group by conversation and pre-loaded messages
4. Under Conversation settings, Click button beside Show messages individually to disable conversation setting.
5. Click Save.

To know more about conversation threading, please refer to this
solution article.

Thanks!

3. Under Reading email, choose Group by conversation and pre-loaded messages
4. Under Conversation settings, Click button beside Show messages individually to disable conversation setting.

I don't see a gear icon.  "Options" doesn't have more mail settings.

But the e-mail wasn't delivered.
