September 20th 2013.

I had no emails in my hotmail inbox until this evening ,when all 8 mails sent to me arrived in one block.
The longest took 11 hours to receive,the shortest 3 hours.
What is going off.Another poster has this problem so must be a hotmail issue.
I have a professional website with a contact page that sends forms with client inquiries to my Hotmail inbox. Some time between 8/23/13 and 8/28/13 these forms stopped showing up in my inbox. They are also not in my junk mail folder. Several months ago I set it up so that these forms also got sent to a Gmail address. That gmail address is still receiving the contact forms. I tried several tests this morning but have not received any of them in my Hotmail inbox. My website programmers have not changed anything. I notice several other users with postings that they stopped receiving e-mail on 8/26/13, although none of them specifically mention website contact forms. As far as I can tell, I am still receiving all other e-mails, just not the ones from my website. What has been changed at your end, and what should I tell my programmers to adjust in response?

I contacted Windows Live support but they gave me this reply:

 

Hello,

We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account does not appear to be closed. We have also reexamined the content and have determined that the files are not in violation of the Microsoft COC or TOU. If you are still unable to access the account there may be a technical issue with it. You can contact the technical support team at http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us

I have an email account with pil.net where the messages get forwarded automatically to my Hotmail (Outlook) account.  Suddenly none of those messages are coming in.  Everything is working perfectly on the other end.  I can speak directly with the owner at pil.net and he can see that the messages are getting properly funneled through and sent to Hotmail.  But they never actually arrive in my Hotmail inbox.  Was there some change in Hotmail and the way it handles incoming mail, or could there perhaps be some other issue?
I cannot access Hotmail inbox after purchasing a Microsoft tablet and linking it to my existing Hotmail account. I get the updating inbox message for over 24hrs and tech support have not been able to help after several hours of exchange. I can access the account and change settings etc but not the inbox- any advice?

All my hotmail emails seem to have disappeared since the switch to the new outlook. I logged in earlier today and all my emails were missing. Can someone please help me retrieve them.

Hi guys,

This domain, as much others, are allocated on one (of 20) dedicated servers.

Since a couple of weeks, many customers, have in troubles to send emails, from their own domain names, to hotmail.com accounts.

One server have a lot of accounts (close to 200) with 1/4 emails each domain.

This is the problem:

1) From one email (hosted on that dedicated server) I send an email to a hotmail.com account

2) Mails leaves the server with NO errors. Server's logs said: Completed, OK!

3) That email never reaches hotmail inbox nor spamm nor any folder... email, never arrives.

4) If I send some email, FIRST, from that hotmail.com to my personal email OUTSIDE hotmail.com, I receives that email at my personal one

5) Then, I REPLY that email and ARRIVES to hotmail.com account

As described to here, it looks like a relay issue.
