I would like to ask a question about the availability of message tracking for the Hotmail service, because my friend's university has confirmed that they have sent email to him but unfortunately, this email not received to my friend inbox and as long he did not receive the email so he did not reply then the university has dropped him.
Appreciate to find a way that we can confirm that this email not delivered to his mailbox.

I truly do not know how I got into this Question service, I just replied to your email on my Hotmail page and it was returned from Microsoft so I do not wish to type it again so I am going to send you a snipped copy and hope it is ok at your end. Larraine

I have been trying to log into hotmail for over an hour & keep getting 'service unavailable'. Is anyone else having this problem?
I didn't sign up or click on any comman to have Outlook take over my Hotmail account. My e-mail has become Outlook and I can't get my Hotmail account back. It says go to Outlook.com and find Options, click on that and a command to return to Hotmail Service is provided but there is no Option choice provided under Outlook. com. This is frustrating. Please help me to get my Hotmail account back.
