the technical form provide in the hotmail website. He tried filling out as much info as he can but in the end, he got reply saying he didn't fill in enough info and been asked to try again. He filled the form three times and in the end, he was asked to open
a new account. He really need to get his account back because it is the email linked to his facebook. Anyone have any idea how to solve this problem? Thank you.

Windows Live mail add hotmail account, but could not send or receive email. but the it could send or receive from hotmail website. Try to follow this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981418/zh-hk to set the server, but still could not fix the problem. please help.
No problem until yesterday. I just noticed I am not receiving any mails to my hotmail account. I use personal domain name for this hotmail account. I logged in hotmail website, and set my email to be forwarded to my other email account. I don't think that
is working either. I use this email account for my business, and it is very important for me to get my emails promptly.

Because the hotmail website is horrible and keeps "updating" to make it more horrible + the fact hotmail will not sort out clear junk emails... I decided to use the outlook program that came with microsoft office.
It is set up correct, I am getting my emails in the Outlook program. But the annoying thing is, if I for a one off time log into my hotmail website account then the emails I have already gone through/deleted etc... they are still here on the website.
Can I make it so what ever I do with the emails in Outlook program do the same with hotmail website... like synch it up ?

hotmail on my mobile isnt working for sending emails. i can receive but cant send.

I can’t log in anywhere that uses my hotmail email as the user. It’s like my email no longer exists.
I can't log in to check my emails on the hotmail website, on my phone where I've set up the account or through the mail app on Macs. I also can't use my email to log into anything at the moment. Any website, such as Tumblr for me, that uses my hotmail

I am trying to cancel my hotmail account but cannot. I have followed all of the steps outlined on the website. I have cancelled my subscription, but the hotmail website continues to say that it cannot close the account until I have cancelled my subscription,
which I've already done. Hackers are sendng emails from my account (despite my changing my password again and again), and I want my accont shut down immediately.
This comes up every action I do on my hotmail account.
