I've been having a lot of problems with the lack of storage capacity on my mobile but cannot keep up with the deleting as it is very slow, after trawling through Orange for months and following instructions and then onto HTC themselves and following every
suggestion, and going through all the storage sync facility apps such as google play and evernote etc which cannot be used at this point in time due to lack of room to upload, so going through mob found had forward email capacity checked with htc and yes I
had this available all the time so tried and didn't work all day, back to both hyc and Orange and Bt and they've all said no problem their end so it comes down to hotmail problem not accepting emails from phone, my mob keeps breaking, I need it desperately
so please could anyone help me?
This started about 10 days ago and I have no idea why. My phone provider has checked the settings and says everything seems fine but I keep getting the message 'cannot connect to mail server to verify your account' when I have deleted the account and
try to set it back up. I have download the Hotmail App but I preferred the old way as my inbox is now getting too full on my phone as I cannot deal with everything immediately. How do I get it back the way it was.
I have been having problems with not receiving e-mails onto my HTC Wildfire phone for the last week - for some reason they have just stopped. They have been working fine for the last year.
I have deleted requirement for https as answer to a previous question by someone else.
I have deleted and re-registered my account and it makes no difference.
I have discussed this problem with Vodaphone and they have checked out and confirmed no problem at their end and believe it is a problem at the e-mail server end.
Help!
Am taking a punt that this might be an appropriate forum!
Why is it that until last week I could receive my Outlook emails simultaneously on my iMac, my MacBook Pro and my HTC Wildfire phone. Now I only get them to my iMac apart from occasional receipts on my other 2 devices. My Netgear Router settings have not
been changed and my email account settings have not apparently been altered either. I can send emails no problem at all - except on my phone - but that's another matter!!
Grateful for any steers from anyone please.
