When attempting to send an email with a hyperlink to google maps the link is split into two parts. Google maps hyperlink begin with the same portion and the second half of the hyperlink contains the zoom level and gps coordinates. The link covers two
lines but it only makes the first portion a hyperlink. When sending the same exact links in Mozilla Thunderbird the hyperlink works without any issues.

I am using Windows Live Mail 2012 Version 16.4 on new laptop Windows 8 system. Emails with hyperlinks do not work in Live Mail most of the time. It looks like plain text. I am using MS Live Mail because I could not get Windows 8 mail working with my pop
mail account and the Microsoft help desk put Live Mail on my laptop to fix the problem. I have sent the hyperlink to myself using Internet Explorer 10. I have received other emails from my husband from his PC with hyperlinks in them and they do not work.
I also receive a hyperlink from my husband PC forward from Firefox and that did work. I have sent myself a Hyperlink by using my Apple computer mail to this computer and that hyperlink worked. I try going to "Https://accounts.live.com" to find "under other
options click on Use HTTPS automatically" but I could not find that option there. I also try to forward this email with the not working hyperlink in the body of the message and I put my cursor at the end of the hyperlink and press the space bar, the link turns
on. How can I get hyperlinks turn on all the time?
Please note, this question relates to Windows Live Mail, not Outlook or Hotmail.
I understand that if I want to insert a hyperlink in outgoing email, I must use the "hyperlink" tool in the attachments bar. BUT this is really annoying, to have to copy and paste every time I want to do this in my outgoing signature! EVERY email I send out has a hyperlink needed. Even if I write the email http://www.blahblah.com , it will not go out as a clickable link, unless I go through hoops.
Is there a way to make hyperlinks automatic when written out as in my example? Like in the old days of Outlook Express.
When I copy and paste text from a word document into an email message, the font style changes (from Arial 13 to Times New Roman 13). How do I keep all text the same style?
