I have attempted to insert the disk into my new Macbook Pro Computer i just purchased. I will hear the disk run, and nothing happens after i insert the disk. THere are no prompts to follow and all my applications are closed. I have started the computer with the disk in and also with the disk out. I have attempted several times and i cannot get any prompts to follow along to install Office Mac. I have looked for the "office installer" icon but nothing is prompted.
THis cannot be that hard to do?

I am trying to e-mail pictures and reduce there size. I click on "Photo" (Insert line near paperclip icon). It asks me to install Silverlight...which I did several times (uninstallig and reinstalling). Still doesnt allow me to attach pictures. So I revert to clicking the paperclip icon and attaching full size photos. Anyone have any idea about this issue?
The Mac Outlook looks nothing like the PC version. I want to copy my calendar to put into the body of an email so I can send availability out to contacts. There is no apparent way of doing this?? In the PC version you click on icon - email calendar......so simple!!
How on earth do I do it on the Mac??

Since the upgrade we can't switch users from the taskbar icon.  We have to sign out, open the messenger window and choose user there.  How do we get it back the way it was, all in one place on the taskbar.
How can I stop Windows Live Messenger from automatically displaying the "Welcome Back" page when I log on to my computer?  Also, I want to stop the Windows Live Messenger icon from appearing in my system tray.

In Winows Live I am unable to access the settings for the different accounts.  Clicking the relavent icon does nothing.  Any thoughts or work around would be appreciated.  I have tried running the fix for live essentials but it did not help.

Does Outlook not give a Preview of older versions of Excel and Word?  We tried to Preview a .xls and it came up with the icon symbol rather than the contents.  But it has no issue previewing a .xlsx file.
When I click on the mail icon on my toolbar I get the following pop-up:- "couls not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed".   I also get this message when I click on links in e-mails, can anyone advise me what to do?
