I have an Exchange account, two Hotmail, and one Gmail all assigned to Outlook 2011. When I press the send/receive icon, or select the same command from the ribbon, all the accounts except Gmail close on the sidebar menu. I have to close Outlook and relaunch
it for the accounts to show up again. How can I get this to stop happening? Thanks.

I am trying to create an e-signature in Windows live mail. The Q&A says "If you want to automatically include your signature in all of your messages, select the Add signatures to all outgoing messages check box.", but I cannot find a options or tool icon
to do this. Can anyone help?

Hey all -
I am trying to figure out how to take advantage of the GMail "Important" email filtering, and retain it through to Outlook.
My end goal is to be able to move the "unimportant" emails to a subfolder, so my dock icon ultimately just shows the unread count of the "important" emails.
I tried creating a rule like: "If folder is not "important" then move email to "unimportant" and skip notification. But that ended up moving ALL emails to "unimportant".
Is there a way to do what I need?
Using Mac with Outlook 2011 14.2.4 with Gmail setup as an IMAP account.
Thanks in advance.

After update on Mountain Lion there is a problem with displaying attendees' response icons (Accepted, Declined, Tentative) in the list of attendees. Half of an icon is overlapped with calendar view. Calendar view horizontal scrolling sometimes breaks vertical
lines.

I use Google Chrome as my default browser, but I need IM to communicate with my business associates.I was told if I installed Windows Essentials that an icon would stay on the bottom of my screen that would blink when a new IM came into IE while I was
using Google. I installed Essentials, but no icon appeared and I continually have to switch between Google and IE to see if I have an IM.

the only time my IM is open is when i'm signed into my hotmail account,as soon as i close hotmail page i no longer get IMs'.
At one time a icon would be in the taskbar and would pop up when someone sent you anything using IM.
