I've had Office 365 on my iMac for 2 yrs, it's not expired, and just this week, it requires me to re-activate every time I re-boot my iMac. This is crazy waste of time and I need to go in and deactivate one of my 5 subscriptions so I can re-add it in order
to check my Outlook and use the products. I'm on an iMac on Safari. Please advise how to fix ASAP.

Does anyone know how to change my hotmail account setting from "pop" to "imap" please? I bought an iMAC recently, and I could not synchronise the hotmail between my iphone and iMAC apparently because the current setting is "POP". Apple had advised me to change "pop" to "imap" to resolve the issue, but I don't know how.

How do I enlarge the e-mailsize or the font size on my iMac-screen without enlarging the fontsize of the text to be sent in the e-mail itself?
cmd+ doesn't do the trick...

I just bought an new iMac and Office: mac2011 and I'm in the trial mode for the software. No problems so far with Outlook connections to mail server, but Outlook won't let me create a new folder to store emails. When I go to Help or New, other options
are available but Folder remains in shaded grey, ie. not an option to open a new folder.
I've tried putting Outlook into Offline mode, but this doesn't help.

Hello,
I have two questions :
Question 1 :
My inbox in Outlook 2011 for Mac (14.2.5) is refreshing every few minutes, meaning my all emails disappear at once and they are re-appearing, being downloaded again, one by one. This happen maybe 20 times per hour (how frustrating it is...)
What is the option(s) I need to adjust in my settings ?
Question 2:
I cannot send anymore pictures above 1.5MB (and I could send some before). And for smaller pictures, it takes a lot of time....
What is the option(s) I need to adjust in my settings ?
Are the above issues a general problem with Outlook and Mac or is this an issue with my Imac (bought few months ago) ?
Thanks.

i am having a new problem with reading my e-mails from my hotmail account; it has been a very frustrating last six to eight months. so far, this is only happening on one of my apple computers (imac with safari 5.0) and not on any of my other apple or
dell computers. when i get into my account, the format is very disorganized and different than anything i have seen before and i cannot read, move or clear any e-mails. i have tried several of the suggestions but so far nothing has changed; cleared cookies
and cache, etc., used http rather than https, etc. what next????
I'm trying to transfer my PC Outlook files to my iMac.
I've saved the pst files on a thumb drive.
The mac does not see the pst files on the thumb drive. Not even in the finder. The files are there - I see them when it's plugged into the PC, but not the Mac. I see other files on the drive through the Mac - it's just not seeing the ones I need.
Any ideas?
My PC outlook is 2003
The PC is Windows XP
Mac is new.
