I logged into my hotmail account around two years ago.But recently when i logged in i found that all the old emails were missing. Those emails were really were important .Is there any way to recover those emails that were deleted due to inactivity?
Please provide me with some solution as those emails were really very important.
Does anyone know if Microsoft/Outlook has a back-up tape with old emails, specifically ones that were deleted due to the 30 day inactivity policy? This happened with a legacy Hotmail account before I purchased the annual membership to prevent this from
happening and I lost all of my blogs from my Semester abroad... If so is there a way to get them back? PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello,
My hotmail account is no longer showing any of my previous messages - I've read that messages are deleted after a period of inactivity of 270 days, although I am certain that I signed in within the last year or so.
Would a moderator please be able to check whether they could recover any of my messages?
Thank you very much for your help.
I already communicated with support, but they were unable to help me.
I know that if an account was not used in the last 270 days, the emails will be deleted. I think that may have been what happened to me. ALL my emails are gone but I can still log into my account. Is there any way I can retrieve my past emails? I have
tried to 'retrieve deleted emails' but there was none. Any way at all for me to get back my lost emails??
I use my Hotmail account every day so there's no question of inactivity. However, all of a sudden I find that Hotmail is deleting all emails in my inbox. I only have 32 when I should have over 100 and they're deleting them every day so I only have the
most recent ones. Why is that?
