I inadvertantly updated windows live essentials and now it has taken oput my windows live mail programe. Can anyone help me get it back please.

I wasn't aware that I had Windows Live Essentials on my computer so why this message suddenty popped up to upgrade it I don't know.

how do i unblock a senders email so that it may pass through my firewall

may have inadvertantly added an email to my blocked senders list what are the steps needed to reverse this issue

I have accidently clicked on a foreign language in error now I cannot get ENGLISH back!!!

Sadly I have inadvertantly click on the language button and added a foreign language to my Hotmail which means every mail arrives as squiggles - even sadder is the situation that I cannot get it to reverse back to English!!!! Despite following all instructions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please - please, can someone get me sorted out???

My e-mail that unable to use due to language is (Removed email address for security reasons) , but can be contacted on messenger - or the mail I use not or (Removed email address for security reasons) and believe me will be most grateful for any assistance!!!
