Hello , i have Office 2011 for my Mac and i have import my PST file to outlook 2011 . now Outlook 2011 has two inbox folder and two sent folder (one default and other one is created while importing the PST ) . My Question is that how can we configure for all incoming mails to go to imported Inbox folder(second one ) and all sent mails copy should copy to imported sent folder.

Denise T attempted to answer this question and I couldn't figure out how to tell her that she misunderstood my problem. So I'm starting anew.
About 1 1/2 months ago, MS forced me into Outlook. I didn't like it at all and I was able to find a box to click under OPTIONS that was suppose to restore my original Hotmail. Well, it did and didn't. One of the most frustrating persistent changes has initiated this question. When I open a INBOX email, click the reply option, and then send that reply, I now find that that reply is now permanently part of the original email that remains stored in the INBOX. This is a HUGH problem because, if I choose to send another reply to the same stored email in the INBOX, because my first reply is now part of that original email there, the second reply address is now MY address, not the original sender of the email. In addition, it is impossible to delete that first reply message from the stored original email in the INBOX.. Under the old Hotmail format, a reply was not stored in the INBOX with the original email. Rather, it was shown as part of the sent email in the SENT folder. Now, that reply can be found in both the INBOX with the original email and in the SENT folder.
I want the INBOX folder to disply the original, unadulterated email that was received. The SENT folder is the place for displaying sent/replied emails from ME.
How do I make this happen?
Thanks
