Previously when someone sent me an email I could forward it on, having deleted the sender's name and any personal information.
Now when I foreward mail on, at the bottom of the forwarded page is a green dot and the first line of the original message to me.
On the right hand side the word "show" appears in blue. If the recipient clicks on this the whole of the original message to me is shown and then the word "reply" comes up in blue. If the recipient clicks on this, the email address of the person who set the original email to me is shown.
In my Inbox alongside the name of the sender is a number in brackets, e.g. (3) which says the email has had three previous recipients who have either replied or forwarded it on.
I don't want all this information. If I forward an email I want the original details private.
This didn't use to happen. It has only happened in the past week. I think, after I first clicked to see the new format as Outlook, But then I went back to te old format but the problem outlined above is still there.
It wasn't before.
Can you please please help me to get back tothe original situation?
Thank you.
