All of a sudden at the top of some incoming messages the is a line that says  "this message is being ignored" .  I don't know if it's something I did or???  I would just like to know if it is something I did, How do I UNDO it?  Please help!

wrong timing of messages inspite of right setting of time zone – 30 min difference

Time for incoming messages is shown as the real time +30 min for no apparent reasons. Could anybody suggest how to solve it? My computer is working on International time in a proper time zone.

Is it possible Outlook rules it somehow processing old emails to give me alerts on emails already moved/alerted?

I asked this in similar post but thought what was happening was the incoming messages were alerting me and then moving to ether-ville.  But now I am thinking after trying a bunch of things to view/find them that maybe somehow the rules are somehow looking at existing messages and reprocessing?
