Can’t get rid of the junk – help!

My inbox is filled with unsolicited offers - 20+, daily. Each has a different source, so a blanket unsubscribe is not an option -is it? The alternative, treating each as an individual on a daily basis, well, I do have other things to do in my life, yes? These messages started appearing about a month ago, I don't know why, nor do I care, really. I just want to know how to make them stop, and how to prevent future episodes. I am grateful for any and all suggestions, which should be geared toward a very impulsive not so computer know how savvy (I can hear the chuckles) individual.

Updates to contacts do not update the contact information in distribution group

I am using Mac Outlook 2011 with Exchange Server. When I make a change to an individual's contact information, it does not update the distribution list information.  Should I clear the cache? I hadn't realized this wasn't an automatic update. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

How do I transfer my "People" individual and group contacts from my Hotmail account to my gmail Google acct, and then to my Android cell phone and and to my Amazon Kindle Fire?

why is hotmail grouping responses to my e-mail instead of leaving response individual. cannot understand responses when grouped together

When receiving reply to my e-mail, hotmail is now grouping them on same page......instead of individually.  This is terrible as i cannot read/

understand all replies being grouped in one e-mail....very difficult to read/know which is which.  Help please.  Thank you.

Can you create groups of contacts so an email will go to all of them without choosing each individual separately?

I can’t open my individual "groups" to see whose names are in the group. Could you help me, please *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I need to review my "groups" in my contact list.  I can't open individual groups to check to see if I have all the names included in each group.

Outlook 2011: Preserving original sender, subject and date of attached emails

I have a thousand emails that were forwarded to me by the same individual. For example, jane forwarded me 25 emails from jim as attachments in a single email, each attachment/message with a different subject and different date.  When I open each attachment, I see the original message:  from jim, to jane.  I desire to save this (and every other) message in my inbox or local folder as coming from jim, so that it archives correctly by sender, date and subject. Solutions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

How do I set up separate and accessable Contact Lists for two separate WLM email accounts?

I have set up two separate WLM email accounts on my new computer, changing over from XP and OE. Easy Transfer brought over the old emails. However, it also transferred our two individual address lists as one cluster from OE and WLM is using it as the master contact list. I can't figure out how to create/access separate contact lists for the two individual accounts. My wife's massive list comes up when all I want is my 26 name contact list. I can see my list as a Category(?) in Contacts, but can't access it when I want to create or forward an email. How do I access my small contacts list or set up two separate contact lists for our two separate accounts so I can avoid her huge list? This is for picking and choosing specific addressees for any given email, NOT for a Group mailing.

All my experience is with OE and I really like the completely separate mail accounts, settings, contacts lists of OE. Am finding that WLM and W Essentials, sign ins, and other unnecessary actions very annoying to say the least just to send out a simple email. 

Listing Companies in Contacts

Is there anyway to select to list by Individual or Company name in Outlook 2011 for MAC. I would like Company to be the primary sort field on business contacts and Last name to the be the primary sort field on individual contacts. I think you can do it in iAddress but cannot find that option in Microsoft.  Thanks for your help.
