I'm using Windows Live Custom Domains for my organization wich locates in Indonesia. My domain is gafatarjateng.or.id. By default, Outlook.com account currently will not let my user send email without verifying the account. All my created users, when attempt
to verify the account by entering mobile phone number, "Indonesia" option does't exist in the list.

Im unable to verify my newly created account of every member of domain @mdc.co.id due unable to input my mobile number because my country isn't listed on the dropdown menu (INDONESIA), you can see attachment for the screenshot.
kindly add INDONESIA to your system so we all can verify our own account.

I want to verify my hotmail account but there isnt any Indonesia in there,so i cant send the verification code to my phone number

I realised the title of this thread has been posted for a lot of time. I have looked through them and found no solution.
The problem began when suddenly the time stamps in my email are not correct. Therefore, I tried to change my timezone in the setting.
When trying to change the timezone, the drop down menu does not have the option of my current timezone, which is Jakarta, Indonesia. However, the drop down menu of the home and work location does have Indonesia. So I changed my Home and Work location to
Indonesia and hit save.
After that, every time I click the Edit Personal Info, I get that message:
We're unable to retrieve information for this section at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later.
I have cleared my cookies and temporary internet files.
I have used IE, Chrome and Mozilla.
I have tried changing my language setting to Bahasa Indonesia.
None of these work.
And the worse thing is the time stamp of my email is still incorrect, now it has 8 hr different and it is really messing up my work.
Can you please advise on how to fix this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

my account has been blocked, hotmail doesn't have indonesia code phone number, what i can do to unblock it.
