Has anyone else had a request from a Windows Live Hotmail Team (email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) asking for your account name, password, security questions etc. They keep telling me we will loose our hotmail email account if we do not provide this information? Is this
a scam??
It looks like someone else might be using your account, appear when i log in. even my alternative e mail also have same problem. i will provide more information in this regard if required. help me

I am currently using an alternative hotmail account to the one I am trying to access.
I have many much needed files and personal information stored on my hotmail account but I found I was blocked out of it. Friends and family have said that spam emails had been sent out but I couldn't manage to unblock the email by using the methods given as it always goes to the Recovery Verification page which says I have not given enough information. (I have given all the information I can!)
I have tried again and now it says that my password is incorrect! Does this mean someone has changed it? I really need to get on that account!!!

i used a link on a web page to find out information the reply came to my inbox with with an email address that i got in toutch with last year first then my email address in brackets they seem to be linked somehow
I have been trying to access my emails but after numerous attempts have been advised to open a new account. This is fine but I need to know how to retrieve my emails from the old account as I have information on there that I need to access.
people have information on emails that there eyes have never seen. someone has been logging onto my account that should not be. I log on in one of three places and need to know if there are any others.
