Several weeks ago, I posted a question regarding inability to print some (not all) emails. I have had several replies, mostly requesting further information. Each time i have attempted to provide a better explanation, my email has been rejected by the "Postmaster" even though I have utilized the link provided (to "Windows Answers". ) Extremely frustrating, to say the least, in that some of the responses have been quite lengthy. Why does this happen? And more important, how do I get my message back past the postmaster?

This is the message I'm getting, can someone help me. Email was working fine 5 hours ago. But not now!!!

An unknown error has occurred.

Server Error: 554
Server Response: 554 Transaction failed : Cannot send message due to possible abuse; please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/abuse_smtp.html for more information
Server: 'mail.btinternet.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC6F

Same as many others...all folders reverted to default, no messages left in account. Recover deleted items does nothing to fix the problem. Only thing in the account when logged into today is the "welcome to hotmail" message. Really need to get the information previously held in this account. Assistance please. Thanks!
