I tried to set up a new E-mail contact by clicking on Contacts, filling in the information and clicking save. I could not fill in the E-mail portion of the form. What do I do?

WHY WOULD DOWNLOADING OFFICE:mac update 14.2.3 cause this problem? All I have now is a BLANK OUTLOOK program. I put in my mail settings & when I try to use Outlook to send mail it says' Outlook cannot connect to the server' & also says 'Authentication failed because Outlook doesn't support any of the available authentication methods'. I don't have the outlook offline checked- my Safari  e-mail works fine but I want to use my Outlook exclusively. How do I get all my outlook information back & how can I get my outlook to go online to send & receive e-mails?

I was looking through the options on my contacts directory and cliked on 'Filter all Contacts' - the next thing I know all my contacts have been deleted and the comment is 'you've filtered out contacts from all your networks'.  how do I reinstate the contact information?
I'm trying to pay my annual renewal, but my debit card expired. I need to enter the new one. It sent me the link, but it keeps telling me to enter the code they just emailed me but I have no code? The email is correct as I update my information and asked it several more times for a new code, but I am not getting one. I want to resolve this but can't reply to the email and can't find out how to contact someone? Any suggestions?

Under the “Delete junk e-mail” section, select Immediately to delete junk e-mail right away. Once you’re finished, click Save and you’re done.
  3. Delete a bunch of mail at once- Go to your Junk and Deleted folders, and clear them out by clicking the “Empty” button in the action bar.

how come that without my 'choice' my "hotmail" has changed into an "outlook" e-mail ,  without any information ,   and  HOW  to revoke that ??

I continuously get:
outlook wants to use your confidential information stored in "InternetAccounts Access Group" in your keychain

each time my Outlook tries to get email messages.  I have responded to always allow, but that does not cure the problem.  I have also gone into the keychain list and tried to allow ALL applications to access this itme to NO avail.  What to do next???
