Keep getting emails from Microsoft Account Team asking me for personal information or they will shut my account down? They also want my password as well. Does Microsoft actually ask this information. Just got my account hacked and don't want it to happen
again.
I am using Outlook for Mac 2011. Some of the e-mails in my Sent file, only show the Subject Line, To and Date information. The actual content of the mail is missing! This is a real problem for me as I am a consultant and utilize my sent folder to keep track of my communications with my clients. Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it? Also, is there anyway to retrieve
the missing content? Also, in my Sent file the "Show Reply" buttons do not work. Help!
My account (Removed for privacy) which I have been using for years has been blocked. I cannot get the access code because I cannot access the email listed. I have tried to recover my account using the account recovery where you have to fill in information
about your account. I gave out as much information as I could remember (3 passwords, 2 subjects and 2 addresses i sent emails recently to) I couldn't give as much info since I don't send many emails. Please help me get my account back.
I am having trouble with the block account issues. I have enterred all information to fill the screen as required except for birth date due to security concern and credit card previously used and I still get we can't verify your information true alternate
email. My email address is (Removed email address for security reasons) and had this email for over 15yrs I think. The key concern here is a job offer been expected.
All my messages, contacts, etc. disappeared between shutting the computer down and turning it on. I need to take an identity saved on Time Machine and make it it my new identity for Outlook. I am totally at a loss and panicked that I've lost all my information
in Outlook 2011.
I wanted to change my Windows Live Mail password and went to the help section. I was told how and did it only to find out what that actually changed was my Windows Live ID and did nothing for changing my regular email password as when I signed in with
the new Windows Live ID it still asked for my email password and only way I can get in is using the old password I have had forever. I have looked through all the account information on the Windows Live Mail email site itself and see where I have a password
set but nothing shows in that area nor can I type anything in it.
Well, I no longer have access to that email, have not for 5 years now. So how do I change my alternate email address?
Everything I try to add to the account for verification purposes (a phone number, another email) well they all have to be approved by an email account that no longer exists.
If this has to do with hacking, then just say so. I can move to another provider... Since hacking is why I want to change all of this information anyway.
(IE: Your measures are just affecting the good members, at least from my perspective.)

PS: You guys aren't hacking me to get me to upgrade to your pay-for e-mail? Like I would pay for this type of service (HA!)

I recently restored my operating system OSX Lion. I then restored from my Time Machine Backup. I used the (Command R Power keys to initiate this). It completed without errors (eventually).
All Apps that I tried seemed to have been recovered successfully except when I attempted to load my MS Office for MAC Apps. It asked me to reinstall My Tdisk failed and was replaced under AppleCare. All Apps that I tried seemed to have been recovered successfully except when I attempted to load my MS Office for MAC Apps, I was asked to reinstall microsoft office. Unfortunately this information was saved in an email on my system and I cannot retrieve it since I cannot open my MS Outlook.

Hello everyone, I tried to sign in to my msn account and it said it was blocked because it was reported as a spam sender... So I provided my information and was able to recover my account as my password was changed. When I was inside my account information,
I noticed I had another telephone number registered. I am trying to update my telephone number and my email, and The previous email I had no longer exists. The domain name is even eliminated. I cant find anyway to update it as I add new emails and click the
confirm button and it never sends me the confirmation code to my email or my mobile phone. Is there anyway I can get this information removed so i can get a fresh start or do you know of any other way to reset them? Thank you for your time .
