Hi there, please help me to recover my e.mail account, first my account was blocked and some "FM" helped me and said to reset my password, i did with the option "send the reset link to alternate e.mail"but its no use, its been 2 weeks and i get nothing, i can go through the secret question or customer support, bc i don't remember my secret question or the information i submit at time of account creations as its been so long to creat this account, if somebody can help me i'll be so thankfull. my impacted hotmail account is {Removed PII}. and my alternate e.mail address is {Removed PII}. , i'll be appriciate for any help . Thanks.

How can I fix the UIRibbon.dll file Widows live mail and photo gallery not working

When opening windows live email it wouldn't open. I was also unable to open any other programme till I could close windows live mail, andf when I did close it the information posted below came up. The same also occurred when trying to open Widows live photo gallery, but I am not sure if the same error message came up.. The only thing I had done prior to the problem occurring was to delay some more programmes on starup in Nortons.

Is it possible to just purchase just Outlook for Mac? I previously purchased Office for Mac without Outlook and now just want to add Outlook??

Fairly recently I purchased Office for Mac for my MacBook Air. I did not get Outlook at the time because I was using the mail program that came on my Mac. Now I'm interested in adding just Outlook, but all I find is pricing & downloads for the entire Office suite. I cannot find any pricing or information anywhere (or an email or phone number to call... arrrgghh!) to ask if it's possible to just get Outlook.

If an Outlook for Mac database won’t rebuild, is there a way to salvage any of the information in the identity?

We have a user whose main identity database is corrupt, and the database utility just hangs with no progress, even left running overnight.

The disc itself checked out clean, but it appears the identity is beyond repair.

Is there any way to salvage some of the mail stored locally in that identity?

We use Exchange, but have pretty strict size limits, resulting in most folks saving mail locally.

There was a recent Time Machine backup (though I'm not sure if that database is corrupt), but we're getting a "you don't have access" error when I try to restore it, so I can't test it.

I have two hotmail accounts. My personal account is the one with problem. I have forgotten my password and when I attempt to reset by matching the little message on screen, it tells me that what I have typed does not match the displayed information. I have tried typing everything exactly the same and it still will nto work.

Keep getting emails to verify/update cc info so they can charge my hotmail annual fee. I have updated info but keep receiving.

I do not wish to have Wndows Live - I want my "old Hotmail" account back because it has so much information in it, why can't I access it any longer?
