i received a phone call at work whereby the caller stated he was from Microsoft and told me that my computer was sending error messages and that I had viruses and that he would show me how to fix it and like a fool, I let him have control of my computer.  Can that person gain access to my information that way?

I received the same call at my home,  My caller ID has him name and phone number.  Who do I report it to?

i recently read a message that was sent to my account dated the 10th november 2012 claiming itself from msn stateing that they deactivating accounts to make space to new members and so they are asking for specific information as of the following:1) Name : 2) Date of Birth : 3) Your Email: 4) Username : 5) Password:

is this a con from another user or is this a legitimate e-mail becoaue when i selected reply the my computer said it didnt no the sender and it could possibly do me more harm then good?

I pulled the view pane from right to left to better see imbedded information -- when this was no help, I pulled it back.  The inbox content, which was previously displayed was now blank.  No other folders contents would display either.  The counter at the lower left continues to show correct content.

Hi

Have Exchange 2007 and Mac Outlook 2011 clients/PC Outloo 2010 clients

On Mac, we can't see all userinformation from a local user when sending a mail
In Outlook 2011, clik new mail, choose a user and then point the the user, then there comes a window where you can choose open "contact in outlook"
In this window I can not se all the users information, phone number... and more..
I Can see organisation, så the connection to global adress list works..

Someone know if this is possible.. To see all userinformation from exchange.++

Best Regards
If I just launch it and quit, it's fine, but if I've been running it for a few hours or a few days (I leave it running for days on end usually, not rebooting or quitting very often), when I quit Outlook, it almost always crashes (though it looks like it's quit just fine) and I get the Microsoft Error Reporting (I always send in the crash information).  I've rebuilt my database and Outlook otherwise works just fine, it's just that it bugs me that it keeps crashing when I choose quit (or rather press Cmd-Q).

Any ideas on how to fix this, or at least troubleshoot it more?  I'm running 10.8.2 (but this has been going on since 10.7.x) and I don't see anything in Console's DiagnosticsReports directory (no crashes for Outlook, though a few crash dumps from other applications that have crashed in the past).

Thanks!
I received a message from "Windows Live8 Team" threatening to shut off my hotmail account in 48 hours if I did not give them certain information, including my date of birthday.  This sounds like a scam.  The message came from
