Error after installing Service Pack 2 (14.2.1).

Initial window message "Please upgrade the Office Database".

Then click on "upgrade" and gives me a message "Need to rebuild your identity" and goes to 1-5 steps finalizing with "your identity cannot be rebuilt".

 

 Then ALWAYS FAILS and the outlook seems corrupt as the initial message "Please upgrade the Office Database" keeps coming back. I have done this many times and tried freeing up space in the hard drive, creating a new identity but appears blank.

An initial message from this sender was received in my junk mail folder. When I replied to their message, they received it, but were not able to reply (their message bounced back to their email). I have marked this sender's email as 'not junk', they do not appear in my blocked email list and I added their email address to my safe sender list, and am still running into the same problem. What other changes can be made on my end to receive these messages from a safe sender?
