phone extension field for contacts in outlook

Where are you all putting phone extension numbers for your contacts?  There is a field for blood type but not for a phone extension?!  Microsoft please tell me how to input this if it exists or add this feature if it does not.

Yet another new problem w/Hotmail.

I should have to type in each email address when I want to send an email which is what I have to do as of this AM.

 In addition to not being able to access my Contacts, I now have to manually input every email address. It no longer provide me the list when I enter the first few letters. Now what?

 Needless to say, I will be moving to another address.

I received the following email which I have since identified as a phishing scam. I was fooled, though, and clicked the link, which brought me to a white page saying 'No input file specified'

I didn't input any of my login details anywhere (I wasn't given the opportunity to), but does anyone know if by even clicking on this link I have received a virus or have been hacked or anything?

Microsoft Services Agreement question

I have just read the changes to the Microsoft Services Agreement.  I only have a Hotmail account and occasionally use Bing.  Does this mean I have a services agreement?  I don't recall signing anything when I originally signed up for Hotmail.  Is my user name and password for Hotmail the user name and password for Microsoft?  I appreciate any input.  Thank you.

When sending email it responds to type in special characters.

when i finish typing my email i hit send.it says input special characters.i type in the special characters.it says ok and go back and send my email.i only see 1 way to go back and that is click on the top left arrow.then it says what i type as special characters is wrong.so iget in a vicious cycle.so how do i go back and send my email without getting this error? Also,why do i have to get this stupid message to type in special characters every time i want to send an email?

Request to add Contact

I received a contact request from someone I don't know and have blocked it. Since then, each time I sign into Messenger, the 'request' (box) to add it to my contact list appears. It is becoming annoying and I don't know how to eliminate it.  Would really appreciate some input. Thanks.
