How do I block the following type junk email addresses?

I receive dozens at a time.  Sweep does not work because they vary and I tried to manage the rule by using the only part that repeats "ISO-8859" because the remainder are symbols that do not belong in an email address. Help need evidence please!!!

Due to my husbands email account getting blocked which I assume was due to spam his car insurance was cancelled, he now needs to go to court for driving without insurance as he didnt know it had been cancelled!!

We are fighting this case but need to provide evidence from microsoft/hotmail, can you please provide this please.

I am trying to e-mail a 21.5 mb video to insurance co. I keep getting the message it is too large and need to reduce it by deleting some attachments. The video is all that is attached. What must I do to send it?
