I'm hoping I've come to the right place to get a solution for a problem that's been recently discovered:

Scenario:

Lets assume the internet connection between Sender and Recipient is working normally. The Sender, using outgoing server mail.telecombusinesshub.co.nz sends an email to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. This is the first contact between the two parties.

Outcome:

The email, sent from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (using server mail.telecombusinesshub.co.nz) does not arrive in the mailbox of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. There is no bounceback message. No error displayed from the Sender's PC or the Recipient's PC. However, if the Hotmail user adds the Sender (our TBH friend) to his or her contact list, from that point onward, emails will flow normally.

Query:

Who can I contact to report a potential fault between the Telecom Business Hub NZ and Hotmail and get this looked at?

My windows live mail does not send or receive emails since yesterday, I had already sent you a message, but no one answered me.. My internet connection is working fine, I already checked it with Cox, they said it is a Microsoft program.. I have two accounts wit Windows live, the one below + *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I just purchase an additional 100 gig of skydrive space.  I have uploaded 60 gig and now for the past two days there have been the same 3100 files it is still attempting to upload.  These are normal word files, and others that skydrive had no problem uploading.  Any idea what the problem is?  I definitely have a strong internet connection.  Is it just me or does it seem like the public is always trying to figure out why something won't work?
skydrive says i need an update to continue using it but it takes over a day to download the update?? my internet connection is working properly
Why do I keep getting this message at Start Up concerning "Windows Live Mesh":

"There might be a problem with your Internet connection. Make sure your computer  is connected to the Internet and then try again"?  

I know that Mesh is no longer in existence in favor of Skydrive, but how can I get rid of this message that keeps popping up?

For the past few days my inbox was looking different.  At first I thought it was just an issue with my internet connection and my inbox not loading correctly.  However now i am noticing I have no old messages in my inbox.  I have tried different browsers even the google app and nothing.  Last night I checked my email and noticed that emails I viewed a few days ago are no longer there as well.  Why is that happening?  Please help

Does MS have any working Outlook.com servers?  Help, I NEED to get back  to work and I totally rely on sending & receiving emails to get my job done.  My internet connection is fine.  The ONLY website I am having problems with is outlook.com and when I try to login I get the following error message:

Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now

Skydrive keeps sitting there waiting for internet connection If one goes to open the folder Skydrive might connect for 10 minutes then disconnects again. In all a right royal PIA. 2 days and uploaded 400mb. Great.
