Using Windows Vista - Have a program called "SweetPacks that keeps jumping in front on Internet Explorer from Bing - How do I get rid of Sweet Packs ?
Also computer is very slow at start up - anyway to correct this ?
My computer is a HPdv6700 Notebook - 32 bit o/s
I am not able to open my emails. I use Outlook.com. Win 7. IE 10. I was integrated from msn/Hotmail.com. I am getting a pop up message that says the “internet has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem.” The page then flashes.
The next pop up says, “Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.”
The third pop up says “A problem with this webpage caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab.”
This loops several times and then I get a message that says:
We were unable to return you to live.com.
Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem.
What you can do:
Go to your home page
Try to return to live.com

I am getting this error only when I am attempting to open emails. All other internet site function properly, no error messages. Please advise
I am willing to grant permission to access my account, please open a private messaging area for me.
I have tried everything in all Threads Related to Topic: I'm not able to work with attachments in Outlook.com. All of the solutions you suggested do not work for me. I'm still not able to attach a file to an email. Once I goto Open the file I'm attaching, I get the message "Internet Explorer has stopped Working" and must close.
I have been reading everything in all the community for months. Information you needed:
Email Address: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Operating System: Windows 7 with SP1
Browser: Internet Explorer 10
Microsoft Silverlight version 5.1.2 or latest version
I am using a Personal Computer
I had Hotmail, but it was upgraded to Outlook.com in 2013
No, I did not make any changes myself to cause this problem.
Things I tried:
Problem started when upgraded to Outlook.com
I had Internet Explorer 9, but tried upgrading to IE10 & still didn't work
Reset Internet Explorer Settings
Checked for Windows Updates & Updated
Deleted cookies, caches & temporary files
Uninstalled Silverlight
When that didn't work - Reinstalled Silverlight
Logged out of all Microsoft & logged back in
Used In-Private Browsing
In between all of this, I restarted my PC, but STILL IT DOES NOT WORK!
I recently made the mistake of trying Comodo anti-virus.
When I uninstalled it, my ability to access outlook.com from internet explorer was gone.
Now, each time I try, it errors out, gives me the message it cannot sign in to outlook.com at that time, and to try back later. I have rolled back IE all the way back to IE 8 trying to fix this, but to no avail.
I can access it through Chrome, but it is annoying to have to use a completely different browser just to read my email.
Surely someone can help with this.
