I have read all the previous posts about this problem and tried what solutions I can.
Internet Explorer will not save auto complete user name and password. I keep checking it and the next time I open IE 10 it's unchecked. I had my computer guru out here last week and he couldn't figure it out either. He is an IT person and knows what he
is doing but he was stumped. He tried even setting IE back to the default and then tried removing and downloading it again. Nothing worked what do you suggest?

It is Aug 18 CST and I still can not open my email on my laptop running Windows8 and Internet Explorer 10. IT IS NOT FIXED. Your site states that it runs fine with Internet Explorer 8. Does this mean that I have to use an older version of IE to get my email? I think not. I have never had problems with yahoo or aol. By the way it works
fine on my Windows phone. As a software developer I would investigate how outlook plays with IE10 as a starter. It appears that your highly paid programmers with their impressive resumes and diplomas lack basic debugging and testing skills. Another example

I accidentally erased my security info. it says i have 30 days until it erases. i called xbox customer service and we tried erasing the cache and cookies on iphone safari, google chrome, internet explorer, and fire fox. nothing worked. im stuck in a lop

it is all erased, this repeatseverytime we try. we tried that on all the browers i mentioned earlier. the same thing happens on all of them. if anybody could help please do.

On Wednesday, August 14, 2013, I got an error message from Outlook.com about having technical problems when I try to sign into this website with Internet Explorer 8.
Yesterday and today, I sign into Outlook.com with Internet Explorer 8 and Google Chrome browsers and the Outlook.com graphical user interface looks incomplete, loads improperly and displays some navigation links in the wrong locations.
I have included the JPEG snapshot images of Internet Explorer 8 and Google Chrome browsers showing the Outlook.com graphical user interface issues.

My browser is internet explorer 9 and I am using windows vista. Microsoft silverlight is enabled. I was able to access my email at work and it appeared normal. Can anyone tell me what is going on? This whole weird thing started Wednesday am when I couldn't sign in. Then Wednesday evening I was able to sign in and my email worked fine. Then Thursday morning I could sign in, but the format was messed up and I can't open anything. Nothing works on the page, but clicking on help or sign out.
I do not know for certain what occurred. Perhaps in error I downloaded IE 10 for Win8.
Regardless I no longer have IE 10. I have gotten the message, "Thanks for trying IE10. I have tried downloading it, but receive a message that I have a later version and can not download.
When I click on my internet explorer I now get MSN home page and do not know how to change it back to the IE 10 home page.
Any suggestions?

In about the last month, not sure for what reason, but when I try to attach a file to an email, internet explorer quits working. I've tried with my Google acct and my Hotmail acct.
Any answers and help would be most appreciated.

Earlier today I was no able to access email from any PC but later in the afternoon I was able to access it from Internet Explorer on a desktop. still cannot access email from Windows 8 Tile on a PC or phone but can do it from Internet Explorer
