I am unable to log in to the SkyDrive app (version 3.0.1) on my iPad 4. It always shows "We Couldn't Sign You In - The sign-in information you entered isn't correct. Please try again." However, I am able to log in to all other versions (SkyDrive on Windows 8, skydrive.live.com from desktop as well as Safari on the same iPad, Skydrive through CloudOn, etc). I am able to log in to other cloud services as well, like Dropbox on my iPad. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but same issue. Have attached both the screenshots from my iPad. Please assist


I can sign in on my desktop and receive and send emails using my hotmail address. I have been doing the same on my Ipad for 2 years. However, now for some reason I can only receive emails on my ipad but I cannot send them! I get a message refering me to Settings saying the username or password for my SMTP is incorrect. How can it be incorrect when I can receive emails on the Ipad. Please can someone help to resolve this. Many thanks
Someone has shared a folder with me. It is not visible on the mac. It is however visible via skydrive for ipad and iphone. Settings are identical on all three devices, same user name, login details etc. I have tried unlinking and linking account again .. however the problem persists.

I'm trying out SkyDrive to see if it will work for my needed intent, which is to be able to download files from a PC to a portable device.

I have an iPad 2 which I'm using to access my SkyDrive account through the web interface. I have enabled file sharing on my PC, and I'm browsing my PC files successfully from the iPad. I can even see network shares on the PC, and that's great.

However, I can't "Download" any file from my PC- I can only open those files that are explicitly in the cloud on the SkyDrive shares [I can't always download those either- but one problem at a time here.] . When I check the file and click Download, it thinks about it for a second then nothing happens.

Anyone have any suggestions?
Outlook.com server when down 2 weeks ago and I've lost most of my inbox emails. The iPad app for "mail" is what has been affected.  I can log ontp Outlook on my PC and iPad and they're all there, but not using the MAIL icon on the iPad.  How can I retrieve them?

I have both a desktop and an iPad.

I receivelots of e-mails on my iPad which do not appear on my desktop.

What have I done wrong (they are not trash e-mails nor junk e-mail they atr just e-mails from contacts which I do get on the iPad but never appear on my desktop.

How do I save a text document once I've edited it on my iPad?

Why isn't Sky Drive for iPad easier to use? I shouldn't have to open it through Safari, and there should be a great big SAVE button at the top of the screen! It's so much easier on my laptop. I'm not sure having Sky Drive is worth it if it's going to continue to be this difficult to use.
Until a few days ago the email function on my iPad was working fine then out of the blue, the Inbox emptied. I can see all my emails if I go to www.hotmail.com so I know they're there. 

For the last three days I have deleted the hotmail account on my iPad as suggested on the forum posts and have recreated it again. I now have emails from last Friday through to today however all previous emails are still missing. My sub folders are still empty. I desperately need the mail to be working - arranging treatment overseas for someone with limited options and not much time - using hotmail through the website is painfully slow, sometimes doesn't send at all and won't allow me to attach documents.

I don't have a home computer and do everything on the iPad. Urgent help needed please. I notice other posts have been given the option to send a private message with their email address so the matter can be escalated.

Ok, i see yet another notification that all is well again with mobil device syncing with hotmail.  This is a joke folks!  It's not.  

As of Aug 18 at 8:30 AM PST some email has appeared in folders but differently on my IPhone 5 and iPad.

On my iPad the inbox emails stop at June 2012 then start again with 3 emails from Aug 17, 2013.  New email from later on the 17th and 18th  stopped coming in, which I can see are in the inbox when I check them from my PC.

The draft folder has some items in it on my iPad and none on my iPhone 

Can we get a real status on what is happening.?
