Hotmail Inaccessible on iPad

Recently I have been unable to access my hotmail account on my iPad. It keeps trying to connect and eventually I get a message saying "connection to the server failed". This is happening only on my iPad. I am having no problem with getting access to my gmail account. Any thoughts?

I have no problem accessing the account on my desktop or laptop!

I can not access my email on my iPad anymore.  It says can not connect to server.  I can access it if I go online but not through my mail application.  I've tried deleting that email account and re adding it but to no avail, I can not get my emails only on my iPad . What is the problem?

Still unable to sync hotmail to my iPad and iPhone 5

My iPad has a few folder with mail in them but I can't open the email items ... Just says loading.  Nothing at all in the inbox.

On my iPhone it keeps failing on can't connect to server

I have deleted and set up the account numerous times including this morning again (am in BC on the west coast)


I can’t access my hotmail account from my iPad mini again.

I am able to access my emails from my iPhone 4, but not from my iPad. Continues to keep checking with no results. Also can't send from iPad. I have an iPad mini. I realise there was a recent problem, but was able to access from all devices yesterday. This problem has just restarted today. Any other users having same problems or hints to fix? 
I have restarted phone, and reset also.

I can no longer access my email accounts on my iPad 2. I have been having this issue for two days. I tried deleting the accounts off my iPad and then adding them back on but it still doesn't work. I get either a can't connect to the server message or no message at all it just tries to check for mail forever. I can access my email from my iPad 2 if I go through Safari though. Please help! I need my email to sync to my iPad! Hope to hear from someone soon!

my wife is having issues connecting her ipad to hotmail through the mail icon (she is not going to hotmail through safari).  It started after she opened a particular email.  Since then I reset her iPad to factory default, I can connect to gmail and exchange but no hotmail accounts.  Can you please help?!  I can give you the address she uses either through here or an email just let me know.  Thanks..

I have an IPhone 4 and and IPAD that I use for livemail for my emails, an error message comes up saying, cannot get mail, the connection to the server failed.  This has been going on all day today and I tried to change the password for my live mail account, but this did not help.  I also can access my email via the web browser on my PC but that is all.  How can I fix it

This morning my/our email went down.  As we all now know it was a Microsoft issue.  When it came back this afternoon, my PC and my OLD Ipad (which is grandfathered on Google Sync) works perfectly.  BUT....my NEW Ipad, which requires I have an Exchange account in order to sync my Outlook emails and calendar with my PC etc. (thanks to Google discontinuing Google Sync for new devices), will receive emails but will note SEND emails!  Help!

 

SkyDrive worked previously on my iPad, but now I cannot sign in to skydrive from iPad.

SkyDrive worked previously on my iPad, but now I cannot sign in to skydrive from iPad.

Can sign in from W7 PC. Can sign in with same account on W8 PC, and W8.1.

Cannot sign in on same W7 PC from new Windows Live Mail install.

Greetings. Once hotmail went to the two step security process I can't access my emails on my iPad or iPhone.  It works on the Internet but not on my mail apps. I went through the two step process on my iPad via the net. I selected not to do it again on this device. I restarted my iPad.  The app still won't work. I deleted my account and rein put the info. It still doesn't work. It says its unable to verify my account because of a wrong password. I'm thinking because of a security process. Help. Thanks.
