Can only see "Inbox" and "Deleted". No sub folders I created in Hotmail on my computer are viewable on my Ipad
Constantly being asked to revalidate account via mail.live.com.when sending. Cannot do this via Ipad as catcha graph does not appear after sign in. As I do not travel with both my Ipad and desktop. Can this nuisance be stopped or is it time to switch
to gmail. Have tried changing password.
Hi,
I can successfully sync my Outlook for Mac calendar with with my iMac calendar. I can also sync calendars between all my Apple devices, iMac, Macbook, Macbook Air, iPad & iphone provided I enter the details using Apple calendar. What I wish to achieve
is for any calendar item I enter in to Outlook to sync with all my other Apple products. The key seems to be that all Apple devices use the icloud calendar whereas Outlook synchronises using a non iCloud account. Is there a way to make Outlook default to the
iCloud calendar when synchronising.
There seems to be a fault with the way Outlook handles moving files. This has been around for about a week now. when I try to move a file it leaves a copy in the Inbox on the server. This wasn't the case and I think it might be as a result of an upgrade.
My iPad and iPhoe do not have the same problem
1. i needed a new account address for" family mails" when i changed ISP as the one authorised by that account was discontinued.
2. As you used to be able to sign in with several different hotmail as required i made a new address for "family use" in Hotmail
3 .Without warning the old hotmail address i have used for years was immediately discontinued . as i used that hotmail for for logging on accounts for ipad, kindle etc. that was quite brutal and annoying. why did Hotmail do this.I now have to go to the trouble of altering all my current accounts.
4. used to rate Hotmail quite highly-- not so impressed now i can tell you
5. is there any way of getting my old Hotmail address back again
Hi we as a family just bought an Ipad but when I go into my email account via Google I am not asked for a password rather it goes straight into my account with the result that anyone else from my family using the Ipad will end up in my email account just
by googling Hotmail. Can anyone help?
Hi there,
I am having a lot of trouble with iCal.
I have Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 and ipad2.
I have a lot of calendar entries in Outlook which I like to see them in iPad. After turning on the sync services, I found that there are duplicate entries in iCal. The duplicate entries only exist for those "all-day event" but no others.
As I have used Calendar since 1998 so there are probably hundred of those duplicates over the time. I just bite the bullet by deleting duplicate entries in the hard way. week by week and entry by entry. Unfortunately, iCal is taking like 30 seconds to
delete two or three entries. So this is not working for me as I do not like to spend days in deleting all those duplicate entries.
I delete all iCal entries, clear the plist file, cache, etc and re-sync again. And duplicate entries come again.
Are there ways to avoid duplicate entries after Outlook sync?
Please help.
Many thanks,
Samuel
Can I get Skype on my iPhone/iPad/Android/Nokia/blackberry/Windows Phone?
frozen with this message:
Password Incorrect
Enter the password for the
Exchange account "Hotmail"
Each time I enter my new password, the same message field pops up.
The frame behind the Password Incorrect field is for the Software Update.
I have an iMac 27” running Snow Leopard with MSOffice for Mac 2011 installed.
I have been able to automatically sync Outlook Calendar with iCal and Contacts with Address Book and Notes via Mail. This has enabled me to sync this data with my iPhone and iPad using iTunes.
My hard disc was starting to cause problems and has just been replaced under the Apple replacement programme. My backup using Time Machine worked brilliantly in restoring all my applications and data.
However, when I now try, within Outlook, to turn on the Sync Services the dialogue box comes up empty so I cannot restore the sync between Outlook and the Mac Applications.
Does anybody have any ideas please.
