Hi,

My Hotmail account stopped syncing with my iPhone 4S since last night (10/16).

First it didn´t synchronize contacts and calendars and now it´s not syncing with the e-mail either.

As a matter of fact, calendar issues started this past Sunday, when I set up several events using the Exchange interface and the Hotmail connector on my laptop and they didn´t show up until mid morning on Monday on my iPhone.

Last night, I noticed that my contacts were lost  and so were my scheduled events.

About two hours ago, (it´s now 1:40 pm Central) the e-mail stopped coming in.

I´ve elliminated the account from my iPhone and loaded it again twice and the issue persists.

The Outlook site reports that there were issues with the service but that they´ve been solved but didn´t offer any more guidance on what to do and I´m still experiencing this issue.

Please provide a solution a.s.a.p.

Thanks

I am currently using Windows Phone and like the integration with my PC of email, calendars and contacts. I'm considering moving to an iPhone and was wondering if iOS lets you have a similar arrangement? Can it be baked into the OS or do I have to work through separate apps/online?
I want to know if it is possible to write an email on outlook.com, save it to drafts, then open it, edit and send from my iphone. Currently when I do this the drafts written from my computer do not sync with the drafts folder on my iphone at all. I can do this with other email providers like yahoo and email no problem: write them on one device, then send with another.

I have tried updating, logging in and out of both devices to refresh etc, but it seems impossible.

Thanks.

Since updating my iphone to iOS7, I have not been able to send emails from my iphone, though am still able to receive them. It also has affected the ability to open any attachements on incoming emails, when accessed through my iphone5. Urgent HELP required

I want to sync my outlook (hotmail.com) account across my macbook, ipad & iphone so that when I delete an email on one device it will delete simultaneously across all my devices. Currently I have to delete each email 3 times to clear it on all my devices, this is time too time consuming.
I work for a resort and I have a corporate email address that uses an exchange server. I am also having issues flagging emails when synced on my iPhone 5S running iOS7. I use Microsoft Windows XP with Outlook 2003 at work. I had a iPhone 3GS previously and everything worked fine. Since I've upgraded to the iPhone 5S, flagging emails on my iPhone does NOT sync with my outlook on my work computer. Is this a outlook/exchange bug or is this a bug within iOS7? I just want to make sure where ever the bug is at that it is being addressed. Everyone here I think wants the same thing, to just make sure what ever end the bug is at that those people know about it. Flagging for me in particualr is a huge service that I use and has slowed my work progress when I am not at work. Other co-workers who have other iPhones running iOS7 do not have this issue other than those who are using the iPhone 5S.

Thank you,

Matt

I upgraded my iphone to IOS7 and now my Offce 365 Exchange contacts do not show on my iphone.

I am not sure if this is the cause but the contacts on Office 365 Exchange are not showing up on my iphone as they did before.

In an effort to correct this, I deleted and recreated my email account (Exchange) on my iphone and still do not see my contacts not the emails.

Hello,

I have my hotmail going through my iphone4 and the iphone4 is suddenly not recognizing the messages as 'read' unless I have read them on the iphone (versus my computer).  It was fine up until yesterday.  Is there anything I can do to fix this?  It makes it look like I have tons of unread messages, when I really have none.

Thanks,

Patti

I access my hotmail on both my iphone and macbook air computer.  When I delete my hotmail messages on my iphone, it doesn't delete on my computer.  When I delete messages on computer, it doesn't delete on phone.  How do I correct this problem so I only have to delete my messages once.

On my hotmail account -  I have enabled POP on my set up and selected

Just set up new iPhone 5c to outlook.com account, my daughter's account, not this account.  Everything works fine, except the contacts are not syncing.  Tried deleting and re-installing account on iPhone to no avail.

I have seen others with the similar issue and it seems Microsoft can do something to the account to make the syncing between the Outlook.com account and the iPhone work.

Can that account be fixed for the contact syncing to work?
