Cell phone usage by others while on a public computer!!!!

If the problem accessing Outlook or Hotmail happens to be usage of a mobile device, you perhaps might want to contact the server or the ISP provider. I am using a public computer that goes through the same network and the guy on the computer over there ^< happens to be chatting on his cell phone while on computer. This is a public library!!!!! I am getting his messages!!!! But he was first online although I was here first.....
And my email is now getting some promotional porno too...which I dislike intensely.

How do you set the server settings for outlook 2011 on a mac using BTinternet as your ISP provider

Hello trying to set up outlook2011 on a mac getting nowhere fast it asks to check server settings similar to my PC but there is no up to date info on BTinternet site

Any  ideas
