I can log in to mailbox but it looks different that my hotmail I had before today and none of the folders, inbox etc. be used ...
I have not been able to get into any of my folders including inbox. I cannot open any of the emails that are shown. I have signed out and back in several times, I have gone to Blocked account and that was of no help what so ever. What is going on?
This is getting very frustrating. Am I being forced to chose a new password. That does not seem like the issue as I have no problem logging in. I want it back to looking like it alwasy has. If that is not possible, I at least want it to work.
Hi, my husband's Hotmail email address is no longer recognised when he tries to sign in even though it's normally used on a daily basis. He haven't been able to access it for a few days and he has just rang microsoft for support who said his computer
is full of viruses and he would have to pay £250 for a year to rectify the problem. It's not his computer that's the issue because I can't access it from my computer either.
Please, if anyone has any suggestions or a contact number for Homtail, let me know because he needs to access his emails urgently.

I use Outlook for mac 2012 with the latest update – 14.2.4. I also use the latest OS on mac - version 10.8.2. Until a few weeks ago, I had an IMAP account with godaddy. I deleted the IMAP account and created a POP account because it started downloading
old messages. Now the same issue has re-occurred with the POP account. This is quite frustrating especially when I have old 22,000 messages downloading again. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

I have two Mac computers and on both I use Outlook 2011. I have the same account settings in Outlook 2011 on both the computers. On one computer it works fine and on another it gives this error and it is intermittent. I use same wifi network to connect to internet. What should I do to fix this issue?
I did a lousy job of explaining the issue in the title - but basically, I have saved contacts which have all been corrected, but there seems to be this "auto fill" feature in the To: area of composing an email.
I have tried refreshing but EVERY time I type a particular person's name in the To: area it auto fills in the incorrect address.
How the heck do I fix this?
