My son is epileptic and has been bullied by a teacher at school. I emailed a formal complaint letter which the school have told me they never received. It was in my sent folder, it did not bounce back, I did not receive any failure notifications. I
am sure the school have deleted the emails as they did not want to deal with the issue in writing. I need to prove that the email was received by their server. Please can someone help me.
I can hardly read my e-mails because the words are so small. this happened only last week as they were normal up until then. How do I resolve this issue?
Hello all,
I recently switched to Mac and purchased office mac 2011. My main issue is about fonts in outlook, which after googling I found that it is a common issue.
I was using outlook for windows, and now I am using outlook for mac however, fonts are really small, for example, when I set a text to be Arial 10 in my email, the recipient receives it as Arial 7 or 8 which is really small.
Kindly advice. Thank you in advance
Hi, I am trying to get the inbox view so that I can have each email taking only one line, and have the reading pane on the right. The issue is, if you put the reading pane on the right, the inbox view is fixed and defaults to two lines. First line is sender
and date/time and the second line is subject.
This is easily achieved in Office 2010, and I hate not being able to achieve the same look. Its a massive waste of screen real estate,
Any ideas?
Thanks
Doug

Up until yesterday, outlook was connecting to my hosted exchange server. It tells me at the status bar on the bottom right it is not connected even though I am connected to the internet. I have checked the hosted exchange server is working on both my Iphone
and iPad. I rely on this email quite heavily so please can you resolve this issue as the product is unusable at the moment.
Thanks
Nilesh
Is there a hotmail e-mail address where I can send pictures of messages I get when I logon to Hotmail from my iphone? It looks like a security issue to me
We're having an issue where some people are having duplicate calendar entries appear. We have a mix of client types (mainly Outlook 2010 for Windows, Mac Mail, and Mac Outlook 2011) on both desktops and laptops, and mobile clients (mainly iPhones, but
some blackberries, and some Android). Only people running Mac Outlook 2011 are seeing this problem. These people also typically have complex delegate relationships (multiple delegates, additional people with read only access), and a larger number of items
in their calendars (most with 2000+ items, some with 5000+ items). It is affecting many different people, but only one group of 5 consistently. We are running on Exchange 2010 SP2 RU6.
It may coincide with the user's local cache getting corrupted. Typically emptying the calendar folder's cache stops the duplication. However duplicates currently existing continue to be seen. Occasionally (20% of the time) these duplicates are seen
only on Mac Outlook. Interestingly though - those duplicates are seen on the user's Mac and the delegate's Mac but NOT OWA. The rest of the time the duplicates are seen on the server and the clients.
We have made sure SyncServices are disabled for all effected users. iCloud is also disabled. We've also verified the iTunes is not syncing anything and that phones are only syncing through ActiveSync. Using Mac Mail Calendar Address Book is not completely
viable as contacts are also shared. Use web only access has been rejected by the users.
Our issue sounds similar to (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mac/forum/macoffice2011-macoutlook/outlook-2011-mailboxes-are-duplicating-many-users/7b18fbb6-71b8-4614-879b-d4480af557f0),
however this issue is only effecting Calendar entries.
Has anybody experienced a similar issue? Anyone have any fixes?
Thanks.
