Multiple Signature and junk email

I was using outlook on windows since years. Recently i purchased macbook and with the hope of same features i also purchased license of Outlook for Mac 2011. But i am very disappointed due to some basic features.

I have multiple accounts and each account required a different signature, I have configured default signature for each account. BUT, whenever i create a new email, signature of my default email account appears. For changing signature, i have to select the signature from signature option, but it don't automatically remove the previous signature, instead, it appends the new signature in text area.  How can this behavior can be controlled.

When replying to email, i need short signature, how can i configure that whenever i reply an email, my short signature should appear according to email account ?

Junk Email protection is not as efficient as in outlook for windows. any suggestions ?

This just happened again today.  Can I even fix this?

 

I use Outlook.com with a paid hotmail account I have had for years.

My own hotmail address is listed in my contacts with all my other emails addresses of my other contacts or address book. So if an email is sent to all my contacts I get a copy also.

 

Anyway I noticed in my junk email folder that an email was sent today to most if not all of my contacts.

There is a link to click to open but I have not done so in case it’s not safe. There is also something about

“*** Email address is removed for privacy ***”

 

I did not send this email to anyone myself. This is happening about once every two weeks.  And I assumed someone got my email password. So each time I changed it but it happens again.

 

Any suggestions?

Junk email filter too aggressive and reworks the same emails

Hi,

My Junk Email filter seems to be too aggressive - it puts around 20 of my legitimate emails into Junk folder.

Moreover, it's doing it over and over again. I'm setting the emails as not-junk, they're moved to Inbox, and the next day they're moved back to Junk email folder.

I'm using Outlook.com over IMAP if that helps.

Can’t delete 2 junk emails in my Windows live email

I  I have 2 emails in my Junk email folder that I cant delete. Error message "Unknown error has occurred" is displayed. I have Windows 8 operating system.

   The 2 emails are dated  3/15 & 3/16 of this year. All other junk emails I have received I can delete.

Please advise

Have recently begun to have 20 or so spam emails (mostly designated BULK) arrive in both INBOX & JUNK MAIL BOX.  I do employ the junk email rules available already.  Am using a laptop with WINDOWS 7.  What additional actions can be taken to prevent unwanted emails from arriving at computer?

Recently I have had issues of receiving junk email.  This is new to me.  It also is increasing in volume nearly daily.  I would like to know how and from whom they got my email addressm, if it is a circumstance of retribution for whatever reason and how to prevent even receiving it at all.

In Outlook.com, how do I report junk email that is coming from another outlook.com address? I tried downloading the Microsoft Junk E-mail Reporting Add-In For Office Outlook but that didn't work. I would also like to be able to let gmail and aol know when one of their subscribers sends me junk. Thanks a lot.
