My Junk Email filter seems to be too aggressive - it puts around 20 of my legitimate emails into Junk folder.

Moreover, it's doing it over and over again. I'm setting the emails as not-junk, they're moved to Inbox, and the next day they're moved back to Junk email folder.

I'm using Outlook.com over IMAP if that helps.

Recently I have been getting a large number of junk spam emails from the same industry, and the same senders.

I select them as junki everytime they come in, and they send to my junk folder. However all new emails still come to my inbox.

I can not set "exclusive" because there are a lot of unknown accounts that I still need to receive.

However these junk emails that I select as junk isn't being saved. Why don't they get saved as junk and go directly to junk folder?

Also, why don't we receive any technical help? Why is the support from public only? I had read through similar posts of support but the responses are never appropriate or helpful.

I expect helpful and appropriate support...... I do not want amateurs who are only guessing. And I do not want to have to repeat myself over and over....

Note: I can not use "exclusive" option. As a lot of emails that I receive I do not know the sender until they are received. Also, I am not going to update my browser or change anything else on my PC. That is completely stupid to ask. This is not a problem with my PC...

Also, I am of English speaking background, and I do not understand any other language, I expect English response with proper grammar so I can understand...
My company was sending too many emails about news releases, so I thought it would be a good idea to add the Domain (example gosaf99.com) to the list of domains to go to the junk mail.  Well that did not work so well.  Even one of my email addresses I was issued (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) was getting dumped into the junk email filters.  So I went into the list of blocked senders and removed the domain (gosaf99.com) from the list, but still all mail with that domain is going to the junk email filter.  This is true under Windows Live, and Outlook.com.  Any Ideas of how to get that specific Domain back into the good graces so I get my emails into the Inbox?
