I receive from 20-50 junk emails daily, properly sorted in the incoming "junk" box. I run a sweep on these daily but that does not prevent new junk from coming again. Windows Live Hotmail provides an option to create a new email address or change my existing
email address. But what happens to the old email address? Is it automatically closed and does more incoming junk mail get rejected?
Recently (last few weeks) I've been getting multiple junk emails every day in my inbox, this hardly ever used to happen. I don't want to set filter to exclusive, I just want standard filter to work! I don't expect it to be perfect but over last month or
so its got much much worse. Please fix this asap.

In Outlook my Junk e-mail folder indicates it contains one junk email when in fact there are none.
How do I correct this error?

I'm getting junk email in my other email account. Here is the body of the message. It claims to be from "removed PII"

This morning (Nov. 15, 2012) I had 21 updates from MS. I did the updates and said RESTART. It did not restart but turned off. After I got it running again, I opened Windows Live Mail. An email that I had deleted was back in my inbox saying I could not
view it. Fine. I deleted it again. My junkmail file, from which I had deleted four emails had the same four emails back again. I tried to delete them and got a message "An unknown error has occured". How can I delete the junk email?
I have inadvertently added a couple of people to my Junk Email list. Is there any way to "un-junk" them?
Why has my hotmail account become saturated with junkmail? I have stopped using Hotmail due to the high number of junk emails I receive on a weekly basis, 50-100 per week. I have blocked senders repeatedly to no avail. I have tried to use an alternate
email address without success.
My desktop and laptop operate with Windows 7. My Windows 7 smartphone operates with Windows 7.5 technology. (Note: junk email does not reach my smartphone.)
Further, I use Outlook 2007 as my email client.
I have adjusted settings, attempted a new email address for Hotmail and now Outlook.Com is the new email that will require me to reset all accounts that are associated with email including my smartphone having to be completely wiped and setup from scratch.
The junk email has increased on a daily basis.... Can this problem be solve with the least amount of difficulty?

cannot delete contacts on messenger , it is infected and sends vile messenges without me signing in
i sweep and block my junk email, and i still receive them, and we can't unsubscribe
