Can’t delete 2 junk emails in my Windows live email

I  I have 2 emails in my Junk email folder that I cant delete. Error message "Unknown error has occurred" is displayed. I have Windows 8 operating system.

   The 2 emails are dated  3/15 & 3/16 of this year. All other junk emails I have received I can delete.

For some months now,  I have noticed that I have been receiving emails in my junk box, which show they have been sent by myself,  This not the case. I have not sent them at all.  Is this common? Are others finding the same thing happening to them in their junk mail box?  In response I have just kept deleting them from the junk mail box, whereas other junk emails I have been sweeping them and blocking them.  Can any one let me know why this is happening and what can I do about it.  I sometimes find it necessary to send myself an email, but if I swept all the emails that I have received showing that I am the sender, then I would not receive the genuine email that I need. ALMOST FROM A MONTH OR SO THE JUNK EMAIL WHICH I BLOCK UNDER SWEEP OPTION DOES NOT GET SWEEPED  RATHER THOSE BLOCKED SENDERS

I AM GETTING JUNK EMAILS FROM ALL OF BLOCKED SENDERS...IT WAS NOT LIKE THIS BEFORE...PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THAT FEATURE BACK

hi, help required. i am getting a lot of junk emails from some site or email adress named LOCALSLUTS... i tried to use the filtering and blocking options but the problems is that every email has no particular domain. so i cannot block it.. how to solve it???????? thanks

I get certain junk emails all the time from same source.  Is there a way to tag it to be deleted instead of auto moving it to "Junk"?

Junk emails with someone else’s name

Help!! Over the past few days I have been receiving emails from loan companies and credit card companies to my email address,  but they have someone else's name in the body of the email. 

Can this be rectified or do I/should I open a new account (don't need the hassle of of that).

Recently I have been getting a large number of junk spam emails from the same industry, and the same senders.

I select them as junki everytime they come in, and they send to my junk folder. However all new emails still come to my inbox.

I can not set "exclusive" because there are a lot of unknown accounts that I still need to receive.

However these junk emails that I select as junk isn't being saved. Why don't they get saved as junk and go directly to junk folder?

Also, why don't we receive any technical help? Why is the support from public only? I had read through similar posts of support but the responses are never appropriate or helpful.

I expect helpful and appropriate support...... I do not want amateurs who are only guessing. And I do not want to have to repeat myself over and over....

Note: I can not use "exclusive" option. As a lot of emails that I receive I do not know the sender until they are received. Also, I am not going to update my browser or change anything else on my PC. That is completely stupid to ask. This is not a problem with my PC...

Also, I am of English speaking background, and I do not understand any other language, I expect English response with proper grammar so I can understand...

I am having junk emails delivered to my inbox - when I go into the message it says the sender is on my contact list but I have checked my list and they are not on there

 

Messages also being delivered to inbox despite address being on my blocked sender list

 

Please sort this Microsoft or I will be closing my email account!

i have had my hotmail account for 15 years and it has always been set on exclusive.

in the last 12 hours, i have received over 10 junk emails directly to my inbox.

why is the filter no longer working?

if this function on outlook is no longer working, i will close this account and open a new one on gmail.

Junk emails are being automatically sent out from my email address to everyone from my address book. How do I stop this ?
