Hi

I am having an issue with receiving emails but only from particular sources.  The senders are in my approved contact list and it has been confirmed that multiple emails have been sent.  They are not being received in Junk folder as I have confirmed this as well.  The emails in question are critical.

I have reviewed all settings and the senders are NOT blocked, my junk mail settings would support the receipt of emails, sorting rules have been reviewed and reply to is correct.

As an aside is there a technical support email address as I have looked at what I believe would be an option but keep going around in circles.  I'm looking for what use to be the equivalent of the 'Windows Live Team' (email response address which is not a monitored address if you reply).

I am not receiving any emails in my Hotmail account.  This stopped about 5 hours ago and up until then was sending and receiving fine.  I have signed in and out, changed passwords and browsers, both signing in via Hotmail.com and using my phone.  I have checked junk folder, blocked sender list, made sure emails are in my safe sender list, checked my email rules, junk mail settings and reply-to address all to no avail. I can send out emails to any of my other accounts but cannot receive any (apart from a welcome email from the one from Microsoft Community just now when I signed up. )  Your assistance would be much appreciated.

This is probably a silly question but I need to ensure that I receive mail that is forwarded to me from a contact form on my personal website. A lot of this is currently ending up in my Junk. Is there a way of ensuring that this doesn't happen - I can't just add individual senders to a safe list because my customers aren't necessarily people/contacts I know. Thanks in advance!

I have followed all recommended steps regarding safe senders, junk mail settings and blocked senders lists and still cannot receive emails from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which I have added to my safe senders list. Please can you get in touch and let me know what can be done to address this issue.

I haven't been able to receive any emails (including junk emails) from my hotmail account. I tried on my phone, my Microsoft Office outlook and online through the outlook site now being used by hotmail. Nothing is working. I checked, junk mail settings, blocked senders, forwarding settings...nothing works. Help!
I have my junk mail setting to high and have blocked and marked hundreds of emails as junk but they still keep coming into my inbox. Nothing is going into junk mail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
