Ridiculous amount of junk mail!!!!

I am receiving a ridiculous amount of junk mail in my junk folder and sometimes in my inbox every day.  It can be as much as 50 emails per day!!!  Each time I sweep and add to my blocked senders list then I delete straight away from my deleted box as I dont want it sitting there either.  I also tried adding the senders as directed on the Blocked Senders page (see below) but this isn't working either and it was just getting too many to add each time.

 

You can block an email address or a domain (the part of an email address after the @ sign).

 

 

A lot of the senders have an address like contact-1321654@ and it appears that they will use this several times over but just with a number different a lot of the time. 

 

Is there anyway I can minimise the amount of junk that I am receiving. 

Outlook 2011 for MAC – System Administrator error

When I send an email in Outlook 2011 for MAC, it seems to post a message which goes to Junk mail which says its from "System Administrator" with subject Message Unavailable.  Anyone know how to resolve this?

Is this address from Microsoft?

An e mail is in my junk mail for the second time asking for address, password, name, etc., or my e mail account will be shut down.
How do I know that it is not a scam  and someone trying to pull something on me.

Junk Mail INVADING Regular Mail.

I keep getting junk mail in my regular mail box with a beginning address of =?iso-8859-1q?. Hotmail should be stopping these from coming into my regular mail, it's not in my contacts. I can't seem to add to blocked senders either Somehow it's sneaking in, are other people having this problem? How can I stop this?

Is there any way I can stop the torrent of junk mail coming to my box from the USA?

I am seeing up to twenty junk mail posts at a time from different sources with the same titles and all from the USA. Can I block them.

I "swept" nytimes.com to block it from my mail. . . 7 times. Why do I still get its junk?

The NY Times is a site I don't even want in my junk mail. I've "swept" it so it is blocked (supposedly) from even the junk mail folder. I continue to get this spam junk from nytimes.com. How do I permanently block it from all of my inbox, including junk mail?

How can I mass delete emails from my junk and deleted folder?  Takes too long to highlight and delete 7 or 8 at a time.
