The last few days our Inbox has been receiving emails that we had previously set rules to place into our Junk box. When we try to set a new rule using the sweep function (as we have in the past) the message stays in the InBox and we get the following message:
Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook.
We have looked in the Service status and it states that everything is running normally.
This is getting very frustrating.
For the past week, messages that were automatically sent to "junk" are no longer
being sent there-they are now littering our inbox.
How do we block all this spam/junk from ending up in our inbox?
