Creating Outlook rules for (non-) junk mails and archiving mails

Hello,
I've the following rules for POP accounts on my computer:
Rule 1:
- if any criteria are met
- from contains "planet-sports.com"
- change status to no junk e-mail
- activated

Rule 2 (because there's no AutoArchive function like in the Win version):
- if any criteria are met
- folder is "Important Messages (On My Computer)"
- received is 30 days old
- move to "Archived Messages (On My Computer)"

Unfortunately both rules neither work when sending and receiving mails nor manually run the rule.

What have I done wrong?

I do get a couple junk mails a day. Been a problem for a few days. My Comcast and Webtv mail work good. I use Windows Live Mail. Thank you

Inability to delete junk mails

I am unable to delete 5 junk mails. When I hit 'Delete' button, the Popup says "unknown error occurred" Does any one have a clue?

I can’t block some senders, how can i do?

I have put a few emails address on the blocked list and i did remove them from the safe list before as well. But i still received some emails.
The emails are not junk mails, i just wish to not receive anything from them anymore.
Alos, will they be informed by hotmail that they can't send me anything anymore?

Could you please let me know.

How can I stop receiving junk email on my inbox? lately it seems to be too many ads, spam, and general junk mails on my account, I have all of my security set to private and only to only receive from senders and safe list yet I am receiving 10 spams a day with this!!!

junk email folder not syncing on my phone

Hello, this is my issue. On a Lumia 920; with my primary MS account/email. A couple of days ago, I went through my email 'junk' folder and deleted over 300 junk emails, tapped sync. When I log into Outlook on a desktop, the Junk folder is up-to-date; as in, all the deleted junk-mails are gone. When I check the Junk folder on my phone, it still shows all the 'deleted' e-junk, plus anything recently arrived. I have tried tapping 'sync' in the email app, I've gone to 'settings-email accounts-long tap the account in question and tap 'sync'. I've tried these steps multiple times,with and without WiFi, before and after a soft re-boot. Note, this syncing does not put the junk mails back into my account, as they are not there when I log on through a computer, they only show on my phone.

OUT LOOK IS GOOD BUT TO SLOW AND TO 20JUNK MAIL FIX IT PLEASE.

you changed me  from hotmail to out look  is to slow and full of junk mail. I am getting 19 junk mails at the time this is driving me crazy. PLEASE HELP ME BY  STOP THIS JUNK MAIL. I DO LIKE OUT LOOK BUT IT TAKE TO LONG TO START AND  19 JUNK MAIL 3TIMES A DAY IS THEN HOTMAIL. I am an old lady I click ON OUT LOOK TO SEE WHAT is all about the next i know you change me to out look with out asking me if i want to do so. rules to mark mail as junk

Mails from a particular sender is going to junk.
When I am checking the message source it  is showing SPF as pass , DKIM as pass.
But still it is being sent to junk folder . why it is marked as junk?? What are the rules that is being followed to determine if a mail is junk or not?

Blue downwards arrow next to junk mails

In my junk folder in hotmail some emails have started to come throu with a blue arrow next to them, its pointing down, what does it mean?

It isn't all of them, and I haven't opened or replied or forwarded them.
