I run Keychain First Aid and it's fixed for less than a day. Then I run Verify again and get the following:

Every time my MacBook Air goes to sleep, I loose 1-9 of my outlook passwords and have to re-entered. This is sometime 10 times a day and when you have this many logins and emails my day is now consumed with re-entering my password.
When I run Keychain repair this is what I Iget:

I then re-enter the damaged logins and we are good to collect emails until the next time my computer sleeps and we start all over again. I have deleted items in my keychain, that doesn't work. Within my company we have about a dozen Mac's running and everytime is doing the same thing all day long. Note that we are using IMAP SSL set up for these emails.
Please help so we can actually get some work done!

Outlook for Mac keeps asking for password. NOT using Exchange. On Imac w/ 8g RAM.
I keep getting pop up wanting password for Email account and the option to save in Keychain. I Type in password and save to Keychain.
Still a problem.
Went into Keychain and did repair. no help
In Keychain, I deleted passwords. no help.
Tried \ before user name. no help.

I'm encountering the same issue and am hoping for some more ideas.
I've completely deleted they keychain and created a new logon,.keychain. I've also tried a new outlook Identity. I've repaired permissions and repaired the keychain once the error is encoutered.
I've recently gone as far as creating a new OSX profile and reconfiguring all email accounts. This is of course on a new outlook identity since this is a new profile and of course this is a new keychain.
Any troubleshooting advice would be appreciated as I am running out of ideas.
This seems to have happened after the Maverick update. No more microsoft or apple udpates have been found.
*no exchange server, only IMAP and POP accounts.

Hi Everyone,
Since installing the latest update for MS Outlook 2011, outlook could not access the keychain passwords. I ended up resetting keychain, which solved that problem.
But since then, Outlook now never remembers our email account passwords. Every time you start the program, you must enter the passwords. I've gone into account settings and added the correct passwords, but when you close and reopen the program, the passwords
aren't there. Looking in Keychain there is not relavent keychain item for outlook. I tried creating one myself, but that didn't work (and I'm not sure what details to put in the target outlook)
If anyone could help, that will be great!
