I have not received any new Outlook email in my Kindle Fire HD email app since Nov. 6.  I went to isitdownrightnow.com to test my server name, blu-m.hotmail.com.  Not surprisingly, the site has been down since the 6th.  The same thing happened in August and Microsoft acknowledged the problem and they did fix the issue, temporarily.  Now, there is no acknowledgement of a systemwide problem they have to know exists.  Also, m.hotmail.com and s.outlook.com are down, also.  These are all Exchange servers, as far as I know.
