How do I get the right hand scroll bar back, windows 7 live mail

In windows 7, live mail, when I open a window in an e-mail the window is too far to the right and I am unable to move it back to the left any further than it is now, about 2 good inches from the left hand side of my HP lap top. The real problem is that I am unable to scroll down (or up), the scroll bar is off the screen.
Would really appreciate an answer, I've exhausted my (not many) options.  Mezza

Where it has folders (on the left hand side) you can add specialty folders (new folder):  How do you delete them when they are no longer needed?

how can I delete ‘folders" which are no long wanted.

I have deleted the contents of folders but cannot see how to actually delete the "folder". these are found on the left hand side when I open up my screen.  help Elaine g

lost contacts

Evidently I was automatically switched to Outlook without my permission. In so doing I have all the options down the left hand side I formerly had - except Contacts. That is missing. Without it I do not have my bank of contact addresses to send email to. Where is the bank of Contacts supposed to appear?

Since Outlook.com took over my Hotmail account I have not been able to find my "Contacts" list - it used to be on the left hand side of my email page near the bottom - I have clicked on everything I can and I cannot find my "contacts" list anywhere.   I am so frustrated as I NEED the email addresses

Apple support cannot help me - Microsoft for Mac cannot help me -   PLEASE tell me what where you have put my list.  My browser cache is up to date.

Failing that, tell me how I can enter my huge contacts list in my Hotmail account.

my hotmail is is not opening it opens in a strange format all on the left hand side i click on inbox ect and nothing nothing opens

i cannot sign in. when i click on hotmail in internet explorer it goes to sign in, but i am left with a blank page. where i use to sign in on the right hand side it is no longer there

when i click on sign in, all i get is sign in on the left hand side of sign in page. the rest of the page is blank. that is on internet explorer. but it is ok on firefox but i prefer to use internet explorer can ye help.
